I quit running in 2003 with PRs of 3:54, 14:45, 30:52 for the 1500m/5k/10k. I ran at Santa Barbara City College and at UC Santa Barbara. I resumed training in late 2011. I lost 50 pounds in the first 6 months of running. Since then I have run a 14:40 5K (01/2020), 1:06:49 half marathon (01/2016), and 2:17:33 full marathon (12/2017). 2020 Olympic Trials Marathon qualifier.
