#FALLINLOVE with running. We love to run. We do it every day. But we know that not everyone feels the way we do. We know that for many people running was the punishment at school for not doing their homework. It's the thing that's done because they want to lose weight - for that beach holiday or that new dress. It's hard, it's miserable and it hurts. And then there are the knees. It'll be the end of their knees.

AdventRunning was launched in December 2014 as a free run community aimed at encouraging people to think differently about running and perhaps just "Fall in Love with Running".
