Cycle World Friday Blast

With Daylight Savings in full effect, and summer just around the corner, the Friday morning shop road rides have re-started. Meeting at the shop to leave around 6.45AM. Ther route is down to Portobello at a steady pace, and then race pace back to the shop.

You should be able to make it to work before 0830 if you hurry!
