We will meet at Fresh Foods at Mountain and Shields to go ride some repeats on the iconic Bingham Hill! This is a totally paved ride but any bike is welcome!
We will meet at 5:45 for introductions and go over ride expectations before rolling out at conversation pace to Bingham Hill. From there, we will pick a regroup time at which we'll regroup at the top at Bingham Hill Park. Then we will ride together back towards Fresh Foods Market.
Weepeats is a great way to build confidence on hills, and you'll have tons of other supportive Follies out on the hill with you at the same time! Everyone is able to set a personal goal for the number of climbs you want to do in an evening, and we will sometimes have a suggested (and totally optional) on-the-bike skill to work on while you're riding.
